I made this for dinner tonight and it turned out SO well. I followed the recipe exactly (used sweet potatoes because that's what I had in the house) and it was so tasty. I was a little worried that my chicken was on the small side, but I still cooked it for the full 1 hr 20 min and it turned out moist and tender. Thank you for this recipe! Nice to have a very simple, go-to for whole chickens. Now I get to use the carcass for broth! ]]>Floriane Schroers.
