Peanut butter and chocolate crispy squares

Peanut butter and chocolate crispy squares

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
    • 1 cup Peanut Butter
    • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
    • 3 cup Crispy rice cereal

    Instructions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter and coconut oil. Melt the mixture using the microwave or bain marie. If using the microwave, stir after each minute. It only takes me 1 1/2 minute but it all depends on your microwave.
    2. Stir to make sure everything is melted together. Add the crispy cereal and stir to combine.
    3. Line an 8X8-inch baking dish with parchemin paper and spray a little bit with oil. Pour the mixture in the pan, leave in the fridge for at least an hour or until firm.
    4. Remove and cut into bars.

    Notes

Ok peeps, this is decadent!!!! Try to stop at one… I can’t!!!! The trick is to make sure they are really firm before you eat them, but will still melt on your fingers a little bit, depending on how fast you devore it! Lol These bars are gluten free (make sure the cereal and chocolate chips are gluten free), dairy free and vegan (using vegan chocolate chips). If you do not like peanut butter you can easily substitute for any other nut butter. Great for sharing or potlucks!
